Four units of the RCF180S hydraulic water well drilling rig have recently been shipped to Europe and will soon be used for local groundwater drilling and rural water supply projects.
The RCF180S water well drilling rig is designed for water well drilling projects with a maximum drilling depth of 180 meters. Its crawler-mounted structure allows convenient movement between different drilling sites, especially in farmland, villages, and construction areas where transportation conditions are limited.
To support field drilling operations, the machine is equipped with a 77.3kW Yuchai diesel engine. The drilling rig provides a maximum rotary torque of 4600 N·m and a lifting force of 15 tons, helping operators complete drilling work in soil, sand, gravel, and fractured rock formations.
The use of 2-meter drill rods makes daily drilling operation more convenient. Compared with longer drill rods, this design simplifies loading and unloading while reducing transportation difficulty for overseas projects.
The RCF180S drilling rig can work with both mud pump drilling systems and air compressor drilling systems, allowing users to select suitable drilling methods according to geological conditions. Before shipment, all four drilling rigs completed factory testing and operational inspection to prepare for overseas delivery.
