The integrated Mining DTH Drilling Rig offers an effective solution for rock drilling challenges in open-pit mines, quarries, and construction projects. It is particularly well-suited for applications such as blasting hole drilling and pre-splitting operations.

Equipped with an automatic rod-unloading system and an anti-jamming drilling mechanism, this rig significantly enhances operational efficiency while minimizing equipment downtime. Its core structural design is both scientific and compact. The Cummins engine features a dual-end power output system: one end drives the screw air compressor, while the other powers the hydraulic transmission system.

The frame includes an adjustable swing mechanism that allows for flexible control of the drilling angle. The propulsion system uses a motor-driven chain structure, paired with a disc-type automatic rod-unloading system to ensure high-efficiency operation. For ease of use, the control panel integrates a single-handle operating module along with electronic indicators for drilling angle and depth, enabling precise and convenient operation.

The walking system is equipped with an automatic leveling function to adapt to complex terrain. Additionally, the rig features a dry dust collection system and an electro-hydraulic anti-jamming drill device, supporting both environmental protection and operational safety.

This equipment is suitable for drilling in rock formations with hardness levels of f = 6–20. It can drill holes with diameters ranging from 135 mm to 190 mm and to depths of up to 35 meters. The rig is widely used in mining blasting, engineering pre-splitting, and other related fields.
