The Wheel Rotary Drilling Rig RCQ-20W is designed for pile foundation construction in urban and infrastructure projects. Its wheeled chassis allows fast relocation between job sites, making it suitable for projects with frequent movement requirements.
Powered by a 110 kW diesel engine and a high-capacity hydraulic system, the rig delivers stable torque output for continuous drilling operations. The integrated counterweight improves balance during lifting and drilling, ensuring stable performance on soft ground such as sand, clay, and silt.
The control system features a centralized layout, enabling precise handling of drilling depth, lifting, and positioning. With optional 180° or 360° rotation, the rig can adapt to confined urban construction environments.

Main Hoisting System: The hydraulic main hoist provides high lifting capacity with adjustable speed. It supports both controlled lifting for heavy loads and rapid descent for drill rods, improving operational efficiency during rod handling.
Stable Leg Structure: The Rotary Drilling Rig is equipped with four hydraulic outriggers and two mechanical support legs. Each hydraulic cylinder includes a locking mechanism to maintain stability even in case of pressure loss.
Auxiliary Tool Hoist: A dedicated hydraulic hoist is used for transporting drill tools and rods. It can move vertically along the mast, reducing manual handling and improving workflow during drilling operations.
Rod Unloading Mechanism: An auxiliary cylinder assists in loosening drill rod joints through controlled reverse rotation, reducing mechanical stress on the rotary table and transmission system.
