The main hoist provides two-speed operation-high speed for lighter loads and low speed for heavier loads-to efficiently adapt to varying working conditions.
The power head utilizes an imported motor and a high-efficiency gearbox, delivering two-speed performance including a high soil-spinning speed of 60 rpm for significantly improved productivity. Compared to conventional hydraulic speed control systems, this setup offers enhanced durability and reliability.

Key Considerations When Using a Small Rotary Drilling Rig to Drill Holes
To ensure the quality of the drilled pile holes, it is essential to operate the small rotary drilling rig carefully and in accordance with requirements, paying attention to detail to avoid unnecessary losses from drilling failures.
The thickness of the sediment at the bottom of the drilled hole should meet the required control standards when using the rotary drilling rig.
Before drilling and each time the drill bucket is lifted, inspect the connecting pins and wire ropes for any signs of wear, and clear any debris from the drill bucket.
The drilling should be carried out using an intermittent digging method, with simultaneous mud replenishment according to the drilling speed to maintain a consistent mud level. The mud preparation capacity must exceed the mud consumption during drilling, and the mud reserve for each rig should be sufficient for a single pile.
