How to choose drilling tools?

The small rotary drilling rig has various drill tools, and different construction sites and geological conditions require appropriate drilling tools. For dredging operations, a dredging bit and dredging bucket are used; in low-strength rock formations, a barrel bit is recommended; when using a conical spiral bit for core sampling, a dedicated core bit must be equipped. For soil layer construction, a rotary drilling bucket is commonly used; in the case of designed enlarged bottom piles, an enlarged bottom bit is employed.

When encountering high-strength rock layers that result in hole collapse and the rotary drilling bucket can no longer continue drilling, a conical spiral bit can be used. The construction efficiency of small rotary drilling rigs is closely related to the selection of drill tools. Choosing the right tools can significantly enhance construction efficiency and achieve twice the result with half the effort.
