With a locking telescopic drill rod and a parallelogram amplitude mechanism, the RCQ540 combines a wide working range with precise vertical drilling. The complete machine can be transported without removing the drill rod, significantly improving mobilization efficiency and reducing downtime on site.

Notes for piling
During the construction process of a rotary drilling rig, the following key points should be noted to ensure smooth project execution:
Pile Position Control: To ensure the accuracy of the pile position, precision measurement methods should be used, such as positioning with a total station. After the casing is installed, a re-survey should be conducted, and a welded coordinate frame should be used to align the center of the casing with the center of the pile position.
Pile Inclination Control: When installing the casing, inner diameter uses the cross-centering method to ensure vertical alignment. During drilling, operators measure the hole inclination in time to ensure the deviation rate is less than 1%. If the deviation is too large, corrective measures should be taken immediately.
Pile Diameter Control: Choose the drill bit diameter appropriately based on the geological conditions which play a crucial role in controlling the pile diameter. The hole diameter can be 10 to 20 cm larger than the drill bit diameter.
Pile Length Control: During construction, accurately calculate the elevation of the casing mouth and other design elevations. Ensure the accurate measurement of the equipment length and the steel rope length, considering the elongation under load, and correct any errors promptly to ensure the accuracy of the pile length.
