The BW1200/7 mud pump is a horizontal, double-cylinder, double-acting reciprocating piston pump designed for geological drilling, geothermal exploration, water source investigation, and shallow oil and coalbed methane extraction. It offers adjustable flow and pressure by replacing cylinder sleeves, piston sleeves, and pistons of varying diameters to meet different drilling requirements.
Featuring a simple structure, the pump is easy to operate and maintain. It comes equipped with a seismic pressure gauge, essential spare parts, and disassembly tools to ensure long-term, stable operation. Depending on customer needs, the BW1200/7 mud pump can be configured with an electric motor, diesel engine, or hydraulic motor drive, providing good adaptability and flexibility.
This mud pump is suitable for water well drilling, core drilling for oil wells, and cleaning operations up to depths of 1,500 meters. It is also capable of supplying mud to oil drilling stations.
