RCZ545 Hydraulic Drilling Rig is an integrated DTH drilling solution which is developed to meet the needs of modern mining, quarrying, and construction projects.
The RCZ545 DTH drilling rig uses a single power unit system, where one 194 kW Cummins diesel engine drives both the screw air compressor and the hydraulic system. This interlaced power output design optimizes energy transfer, delivering strong drilling capability with reduced fuel consumption. By combining air and hydraulic power into one unit, the rig achieves compact construction, lower transmission loss, and improved operational efficiency.
Compared with conventional split-type drilling rigs, the RCZ545 surface drilling rig can reduce energy consumption by up to 30% and maintenance costs by up to 50%. Removing the rear-mounted compressor cuts air transmission loss and simplifies the layout. The rig also supports remote fleet management, making equipment monitoring and productivity control more efficient.
