The RCKS-11 hydraulic DTH drilling rig is powered by a Cummins QSL8.9 series engine, delivering stable and consistent output for demanding operations. Its multi-gear pump hydraulic system allows precise control of key components such as the drill arm and sliding frame. Paired with a K40 down-the-hole hammer and a high-capacity mountain-use screw air compressor, the system maintains steady drilling performance in rock formations with hardness levels ranging from f=6 to 20.

Designed for hole diameters between 100–140mm and an effective drilling depth of up to 32 meters, the RCKS-11 is well-suited for medium to deep hole applications in small to mid-scale mining and infrastructure blasting projects.

The rig also features an integrated electro-hydraulic anti-jamming system that monitors drilling load in real time and adjusts operating parameters accordingly. This reduces the risk of bit jamming and helps ensure uninterrupted operation.

The RCKS-11 hydraulic DTH drilling machine can achieve a single propulsion distance of 4.5 meters, reducing the loading and unloading time of drill pipes. The automatic drill pipe system can achieve a drilling depth of 32 meters to meet the needs of complex operations. The design of the lifting mechanism can realize a large swing angle adjustment of 130°, making it easy to switch the direction of the hole. The high-pressure and large-displacement compression system ensures fast drilling, and the automatic parallelizing traveling mechanism enables the drill to remain stable on rugged terrain. The special drill pipe positioning mechanism and 242KW Cummins engine provide high precision and strong power.
