The RCF50Q from RanCheng Group is a fully hydraulic power-head rock drilling machine designed for demanding geological engineering work. It is commonly used in the construction of large-diameter prestressed anchor holes, drainage holes, and tunnel pipe-shed holes in hydropower stations, railways, and highway slope projects. The rig also performs well in landslide control, rockfall prevention, and high-pressure rotary jet drilling, meeting the practical requirements of complex field operations.
Built with a modular split structure, the RCF50Q can be disassembled and transported efficiently, enabling rapid relocation and continuous multi-hole drilling in confined or uneven terrain. Its hydraulic drive system offers stepless speed adjustment, giving operators stable drilling control across different strata. Maintenance of anchor drilling rig
1. Do not disassemble hydraulic valve blocks arbitrarily.
Avoid hydraulic oil contamination and leakage. Hydraulic components such as valves and motors should not be repaired directly on the underground jobsite.
2. Check drill bit connections regularly.
Tighten the drill bit and locking mechanisms promptly to prevent misalignment and damage to ports or joints.
3. Maintain clean hydraulic oil.
Replace or filter the oil if contamination is detected to ensure stable hydraulic performance.
