The RCF150Q top drive drilling rig is a hydraulic crawler-mounted drilling system designed for fast deployment and stable operation in complex working conditions. With only 2–3 operators, the rig can begin drilling without scaffolding, making it suitable for projects that require quick setup and continuous mobility.
Equipped with a crawler chassis, the RCF150Q moves easily across construction sites and can complete over 100 drilling points per day. A single rod feed depth of 6–8 meters combined with a high-efficiency rock drilling tool delivers fast penetration in rock layers and unstable formations such as gravel beds, pebble layers, interlayers, and collapsible sandy soils.
The rig supports three drilling methods-down-the-hole hammer drilling, casing drilling, and auger drilling-allowing it to adapt to a wide range of geological environments. Its integrated structure, hydraulic power head, and clamping-shackle system ensure stable drilling performance and efficient rod handling.
Multiple configurations are available to meet different project requirements. One machine can be used for lakebed anchoring, foundation pit support, anti-uplift anchors, and geothermal construction. The system is compatible with casing drilling tools and provides both lifting and flushing functions to ensure reliable borehole formation.

1. The stroke of the shaft bracket is 3.4 meters, so the RCF150Q top drive drilling rig can use 3-meter long complex rod and casing drilling. The drilling rig is suitable for rod boring, casing drilling and complex rod & casing drilling.
2. It has a horizontal system (drill arm) that can adjust the mast at different angles and heights without moving the drilling rig, and can be adjusted up to 3.3m. The hydraulic boom has stability under any lifting conditions.
3. The hydraulic clamp wrench device greatly reduces the auxiliary time and also reduces the intensity of the operation.
