The BW850/5 Piston Mud Pump is a high-performance horizontal double-cylinder, reciprocating, double-acting piston pump designed for geological exploration, mining operations, and infrastructure projects. It delivers fluids such as drilling mud and water efficiently and reliably by drawing fluid through the inlet and discharging it through the outlet with a reciprocating piston motion. With a flexible flow range of 0 to 100 m³/h and a maximum pressure capacity of 20 MPa, the BW850/5 can handle both high-pressure grouting and variable flow requirements. Its long 20 mm stroke combined with multiple cylinder bore options (50, 70, 80, and 100 mm) ensures robust pumping performance across a variety of conditions. Powered by engines ranging from 0 to 90 kW, it is suitable for shallow grouting tasks as well as deep-hole drilling operations. With a displacement of 850 L/min, this mud pump accommodates the delivery needs of both clean water and abrasive fluids, making it a good choice for drilling, exploration, grouting, and other fluid transfer applications in demanding engineering environments.
