The RCH360W micro piling machine utilizes advanced hydraulic energy conversion technology, replacing the traditional diesel engine guide rod system. It is engineered for a wide range of applications, including highway guardrail installation, water conservancy projects, telecommunications infrastructure, and building foundation piling.

 

The machine is equipped with a specialized pile extraction system, enabling efficient performance in both large-scale piling and pile removal operations. It is designed to adapt to diverse terrain conditions, including flatlands and high-altitude plateaus.

How to Use?

 

1. Start the Diesel Engine
Activate the diesel engine to power the hydraulic travel mechanism. This allows the pile driver to quickly move into position near the pile column.

 

2. Adjust Vertical Alignment
Use the two synchronized hydraulic cylinders to align the slide rail column vertically with the ground. This ensures that the hydraulic hammer can move smoothly in a vertical, reciprocating motion along the rail.

 

3. Position the Hammer
Fine-tune the hydraulic hammer's position by adjusting the hydraulic cylinder and screw rod, ensuring the hammer head is accurately aligned with the top surface of the pile column for precise vertical driving.

 

4. Begin Pile Driving
Open the control valve to activate the power arm mechanism, allowing the hydraulic hammer to begin linear, reciprocating motion. Start with several heavy strikes to set the pile. Pause to check the verticality with a level.

 

  • If the pile is misaligned, make adjustments using the pile driver.
  • Once alignment is corrected, resume driving with heavy strikes.
  • As the pile nears the desired depth, stop again to recheck verticality.
  • Finish with light hammering for precise placement. Take extra care with the final strikes to avoid over-driving the pile. Improper depth or alignment can affect the straightness and integrity of the guardrail.
