RanCheng Group has recently completed the shipment of an RCF150S water well drilling rig to a customer in Europe. The client approached us with a clear set of requirements: a rig capable of handling various formations, compatible with both mud and air drilling, and suitable for continuous operation in a rural water supply project. They also requested an air compressor configuration to increase drilling speed in dry and compact ground layers.
The RCF150S rig can drill to depths of up to 150 meters with hole diameters ranging from 90 to 300 mm, fitting the needs of medium-depth water well development. Its twin rotary motor heads provide steady power even as geological conditions change. In addition, the flexibility to operate with either a mud pump or an air compressor allows the customer to adapt the drilling method to the soil type. With the air compressor chosen for this project, the expected drilling efficiency will be higher, especially in harder formations.
Before shipment, the machine underwent a full inspection and test run, including rotation tests, control checks, and auxiliary system verification. All components were secured according to export standards to ensure safe transport. We also provided operation videos and basic usage guidance so the customer can begin work smoothly once the drilling rig arrives on site. Throughout the preparation process, our team kept close communication to make sure every detail aligned with the customer's expectations.
