A replacement power head is on its way to a customer in the United States.
The customer's drilling machine was supplied by another manufacturer. When the original power head failed, he needed a replacement quickly to avoid a longer equipment downtime. Instead of replacing the entire machine, he contacted us to see whether one of our power heads could be adapted to his existing equipment.
Our team checked the machine's configuration and connection requirements and confirmed that the power head could be matched to his machine. After completing the necessary preparation, the replacement unit was ready for shipment.
The power head has now been dispatched to the U.S. and will be used to get the customer's drilling machine back into operation.
