Quality Inspection Of Pile Foundation For Rotary Drilling Rigs

(1) Concrete strength (MPa): Use four sets of specimens to test whether they are within the qualified standard range.
(2) Pile position (rack pile): Use a theodolite to check whether the longitudinal and transverse directions are within the allowable deviation of 50mm.
(3) Drilling inclination: According to the pre grouting record and comparison inspection results, a deviation of 1% is allowed.
(4) Sedimentation layer thickness (support pile): Refer to the pre grouting record and do not exceed the relevant regulations.
(5) The elevation of the bottom surface of the steel reinforcement skeleton: According to the pre pouring record, the allowable deviation is ± 50mm.
