The RCKB-8000 Curbing Equipment is a heavy-duty slipform machine developed for wide-width concrete construction applications. It integrates propulsion, forming, vibration, and control systems into a single operating unit designed for continuous field use.
The machine adopts a 30kW diesel power system combined with dual 3kW variable-frequency motors, providing controlled movement under varying load conditions. Steel tracks with enlarged ground contact areas improve traction on soft or uneven construction surfaces.
A sensor-based automatic steering system is installed as standard, with a manual steering wheel as backup control. This dual-system configuration ensures stable directional management during long-distance concrete forming operations.
The forming system uses a vibrating rod compaction method suitable for stiff concrete mixtures. Optional high-frequency vibration can be selected for projects requiring higher compaction density. Mold structures are interchangeable, and the width of the equipment can be adjusted to match different channel or pavement designs.
An optional automatic leveling system improves surface consistency by compensating for environmental and operational variations during continuous construction.
