Products Description
The RCKB-1300 Slipform Kerb Machine is powered by a 65KW four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine with water cooling, providing stable torque output for continuous operation in demanding construction environments, including high-altitude and long-duration road projects.
Its automatic leveling and dual steering control systems are designed to help operators maintain consistent alignment and elevation accuracy during long paving sections. A manual hydraulic backup mode is also included to ensure operational flexibility in complex or unexpected site conditions, improving overall jobsite reliability.
With a forming capacity of up to 2000mm width and 1100mm height, the machine is capable of handling both standard kerb work and large structural concrete elements. The dual vibration system improves compaction quality, allowing the equipment to adapt to different concrete mixes without affecting surface finish or structural density.
The crawler chassis enhances traction and stability on uneven terrain, while the 1–10 m/min variable speed control allows operators to adjust output according to site progress requirements. The 0.5m³ hopper supports continuous feeding by excavators, reducing downtime during material loading. Optional configurations such as remote control operation and auxiliary attachments further improve usability in different construction environments.

Application
The Slipform Kerb Machine features a wide forming range with a maximum width of 2000mm and height up to 1100mm, making it suitable for both standard and large-scale concrete structures.
It is widely used for municipal roads, rural highways, kerbs, drainage channels, crash barriers, road edge beams, and retaining walls. The machine adapts well to road expansion projects, highway auxiliary works, and infrastructure construction in industrial parks and rural areas.
With a diesel-powered system, it operates independently without external electricity, making it suitable for remote and off-grid job sites. It delivers stable performance in different terrains and weather conditions for year-round construction.

On-Site Slipform Kerb Construction Benefits
From a contractor's perspective, the Slipform Kerb Machine removes many of the delays and costs associated with traditional kerb construction. It allows crews to complete continuous casting directly on site without relying on precast supply chains or additional installation work, which helps keep projects moving without interruption.
For site managers, the crawler-driven system provides stable and predictable movement even on uneven or loosely prepared ground. The automatic leveling function helps maintain consistent elevation throughout long construction sections, reducing the need for constant manual adjustments and minimizing rework caused by human error.
For project owners, the biggest advantage is time and coordination efficiency. By combining forming, shaping, and paving into a single continuous operation, the machine reduces equipment turnover, material handling steps, and labor coordination pressure, making it easier to meet tight deadlines on complex job sites.
