What Is the RCRW-11 Small Curb Machine?

The RCRW-11 Small Curb Machine is specially designed for continuous curb forming using cement concrete or asphalt mixtures. Compared with traditional precast curb installation, this slipform curb machine allows contractors to complete curb shaping, vibrating, compacting, and forming in one continuous process.

Its compact walk-behind structure makes it highly suitable for small roads, sidewalks, landscaping projects, parking lots, municipal engineering, and narrow working environments.

The machine supports both dry and wet concrete curb construction and can be customized with different molds according to project requirements.

Working Principle

The machine continuously moves forward while the mold shapes the concrete mixture into curbs. During operation, the internal vibration and tamping system compacts the concrete, ensuring strong density and smooth surface finishing.

Plastic concrete or dry hard concrete is fed into the mold, then automatically compacted and formed while the equipment advances. This continuous slipform process produces durable curbs with excellent linearity and long service life.

Compared with traditional precast curb installation, the slipform method greatly reduces material waste, transportation costs, labor requirements, and construction time.
