General Description
The RCJ200W Diamond Core Drilling Rig is a high-speed and versatile rig designed for geological prospecting, geophysical exploration, road and construction surveys, and blasting hole drilling. It supports various drilling tools, including alloy, diamond, and PDC bits, to efficiently handle a wide range of soil and rock formations from Grade II to Grade IX.
Equipped with a hydraulic automatic feed system, the rig ensures smooth and efficient penetration while minimizing operator fatigue. Its ball-clamping mechanism allows for rod reversal without stopping the machine, making operation safer and more convenient. A four-bearing spindle box enhances structural rigidity, ensuring stable performance even in gravel or cobble layers.
An optional sliding rail system enables quick tool replacement, further improving work efficiency and reducing downtime. The compact, integrated design of the rig, water pump, and diesel engine also makes transportation and field setup easy, especially in mountainous or limited-access areas.
