The RC4-24 Block Brick Making Machine is a high-efficiency brick forming unit with a six-column steel frame structure for enhanced durability. It operates on four guide rails for stable movement and includes a high-power vibration motor to ensure strong, dense block formation.

This semi-automatic system includes a main machine, concrete mixer, belt conveyor, and one set of free molds. It offers a daily output of up to 3,200 hollow blocks (400×200×200mm) in an 8-hour work cycle. The machine is suitable for small to medium-sized production operations and supports initial block manufacturing setups.

The RC4-24 is straightforward to operate and easy to maintain. It uses a combination of hydraulic, vibration, and pneumatic power for molding.
