The RC4-24 small brick making machine is a compact and efficient solution for producing high-quality bricks and blocks. It comes with an integrated electric and hydraulic system, making each operational step interlocked for safety, smooth operation, and stability. The mold-releasing oil cylinder securely locks the mold box to the vibration table, allowing synchronous vibration that fluidizes and exhausts concrete in just a few seconds. This results in high-density blocks that can be stacked immediately, reducing the need for pallets.

Our machine supports a variety of materials, including coal ash, cement, sand, stone, and slag, enabling flexible production of standard bricks, hollow blocks, porous blocks, and paving bricks.

Block mould

The brick molds are constructed from 16# manganese steel. In addition to using high-quality raw materials, we employ precise line cutting technology and a 900℃ carburizing heat treatment process in the production of the brick molds. As a result, these molds offer enhanced performance and a longer service life.
