A water well drilling rig is a mechanical device used to drill water wells and complete underground pipe laying, well washing and other operations. RCF180S is a mini borewell drilling machine, weighing only 2700 kg, with full hydraulic control and top drive design, supporting drill rods up to 2 meters long, with high drilling efficiency and convenient operation. Its power head is equipped with a high-torque hydraulic motor, which drives the spindle to rotate through a gear reducer. The spindle has a large drift diameter and is suitable for a variety of construction processes such as mud drilling, air drilling and air foam drilling, meeting the drilling needs of different terrains and formations. The drilling rig has a compact structure and a reasonable layout. It is transported using a tractor chassis or an all-terrain chassis. It has good maneuverability and flexibility and is suitable for hydrological well resource exploration, coal seam methane, shallow shale gas mining, geothermal exploration, and coal mine gas mining.
The mast is welded from steel pipes and channel steels, and the inner groove of the channel steel ensures the verticality of the power head running up and down. Its hydraulic legs can adjust the height of the equipment to ensure the stability of the construction site.
