Product Description
The top-mounted drive head spindle of the RCF580C rotary well drilling rig has a large roadway diameter and is suitable for a variety of construction work, such as mud drilling, air drilling, air foam drilling, etc. Its full hydraulic control system and top drive design make the drilling efficiency extremely high when the drill bit is rotating. The overall layout of the equipment is reasonable, and it can be transported with a tractor suspension or full-terrain chassis, with good maneuverability, especially on difficult roads. The RCF580C rotary well drilling rig can be widely used in hydrological wells, coalbed methane, shallow shale gas, geothermal and other fields, and can also be used for coal mine gas mining or salvage work.

Field Work
The RCF580C rotary well drilling rig is a versatile drilling rig that is suitable for a variety of fields, including water well drilling, test wells, coal seam gas extraction, natural gas and oil extraction projects.
It is equipped with rubber and wire tracks for easy mobility, and can easily travel through various terrain environments, especially when driving on urban roads, without causing damage to the road surface. This mobility not only improves construction efficiency but also reduces the impact of the project on the environment.

Certificate
Our products have passed CE certification and ISO9001 quality management system certification, ensuring that they meet international standards in terms of safety, reliability and quality.

Drilling Rig Operation & Maintenance FAQ
1. What should I do if the hydraulic system does not reach the required pressure?
If the system pressure is low, the pressure-regulating spring may be fatigued or the valve seat may be jammed or worn. Adjusting the limit nut or replacing the spring usually restores normal pressure, and cleaning or repairing the valve seat can further eliminate the issue.
2. Why does the hydraulic oil temperature rise during operation?
The hydraulic oil temperature may rise if the oil level is too low, the pump is damaged, or the working pump does not match the required pressure range. Filling the tank to the standard level and checking the pump conditions can help bring the temperature back to normal.
3. What should I check if the oil pump is not delivering sufficient oil?
When the oil pump output is unstable or insufficient, the cause is often a low oil level, a clogged filter, or air entering through loose suction lines. Adding oil, cleaning or replacing the filter, and tightening the fittings usually resolve the problem.
4. What causes the coupling to heat up during drilling?
Coupling heating often occurs when the elastic block is worn or when the power unit and clutch are misaligned. Replacing the worn block and recalibrating the alignment generally reduces heat generation.
5. Why does the winch brake slip while lifting or lowering?
Brake slipping typically results from oil contamination on the brake band or from a clearance that has become too large. Cleaning the brake band and adjusting the clearance between the band and drum can restore proper braking force.
6. What should I do if the clutch begins to slip during heavy load?
Clutch slipping usually indicates that the friction plates are excessively worn or cracked, or that the compression springs have aged. Replacing the worn plates and springs restores consistent clutch engagement.
7. What daily maintenance is required to keep the drilling rig in stable condition?
Daily maintenance includes tightening critical bolts, cleaning oil residue, and lubricating drill pipe joints and the reducer. These steps help prevent unexpected failures and maintain steady working performance.
8. Which hydraulic oil should I use for the drilling rig?
The rig should use season-matched hydraulic oil, typically ISO VG 68 in summer and ISO VG 46 in winter, and the hydraulic filter should be replaced at regular intervals to maintain clean oil circulation.
9. What precautions should be taken when drilling in water-rich or underwater environments?
When the rig operates in water-rich environments, the drill rod should remain one to two meters above the water surface to reduce the risk of mud and sand entering the system, which helps protect the drilling components.
10. How should the drilling rig be stored in rainy or cold weather?
After operation in rainy or snowy conditions, exposed components should receive anti-rust treatment, and the crawler tracks should be loosened if the rig will remain idle for an extended period.
11. Can I reverse the drill rod during drilling?
Reversing the drill rod during drilling is not recommended, as it may cause loosening or detachment of the drill string. The machine should be stopped immediately if unusual noise or vibration is detected.
12. When should I contact professional service personnel?
Professional support should be requested when faults involve the hydraulic block, gearbox components, severe vibration, or unexplained pressure loss, as these issues may cause further damage if not handled correctly.
