The RCQ-10W CFA Drilling Rig is designed specifically for pile foundation work in national high-speed rail construction. With a compact structure, simple operation, and fast mobility-reaching travel speeds of up to 40 km/h-it is well-suited for projects that require quick relocation between job sites. Despite its low-torque setup, the rig delivers high power and supports accurate large-diameter pile drilling up to 800 mm in diameter and 10 m in depth.
It features a new-generation rotary drive system with multi-speed control (40–65 r/min), adaptive technology, and a dual-buffer mechanism-enhancing both safety and operational efficiency. The combination of a fully hydraulic system, automated control, and a wide, heavy-duty chassis ensures stable and consistent performance under complex working conditions. The RCQ-10W provides a reliable and efficient solution for continuous flight auger (CFA) piling in large-scale infrastructure projects.
