The Concrete Curb Machine RCKB-20C is designed for on-site slipform paving, forming concrete curbs, gutters, and drainage structures in a single continuous process. It eliminates precast installation and reduces material handling.
With a maximum forming size of 2000mm width and 1000mm height, the machine supports a wide range of applications, including road shoulders, drainage channels, and barriers. It is suitable for projects with varying design standards.
The machine operates with a 0.7–7 m/min adjustable speed (CVT), allowing flexible control based on concrete consistency and working conditions. Its 4WD system ensures stable movement on slopes and uneven terrain.
A 0.4m³ hopper combined with a high-torque hydraulic auger enables continuous material feeding and consistent concrete distribution. The integrated automatic leveling and steering system helps maintain alignment and structural accuracy during paving.
