The Landscape Curbing Machine adopts advanced slipform technology, allowing concrete to be poured and formed directly on site in a single pass. This eliminates the need for precast production, transportation, and secondary installation. A large 0.4 m³ hopper reduces material reloading frequency, significantly improving productivity. The finished curbs feature smooth surfaces, clean lines, and strong water resistance.
2. Dual Molding Modes for Greater Adaptability
This Landscape Curbing Machine is equipped with both vibratory rod molding and vibratory plate molding systems, enabling flexible adaptation to different concrete mixes. Vibratory rod molding is ideal for plastic concrete and delivers higher structural strength, while vibratory plate molding is better suited for dry-hard concrete, producing a more refined surface finish. This dual-mode design meets diverse construction quality requirements across multiple applications.
3.Intelligent Control for Precise Operation
With automatic steering and automatic leveling systems, the Landscape Curbing Machine easily handles curved road sections, with a minimum turning radius of just 3.5 m. A leveling range of ±5 cm ensures consistent curb height, alignment, and surface flatness. Integrated overpressure, overcurrent, and temperature-compensation protection systems provide stable and reliable operation under varying jobsite conditions.
4. Powerful, Flexible Drive System
The machine is powered by a 12 kW single-cylinder, water-cooled diesel generator, offering dependable output and efficient heat dissipation. The travel system features variable-frequency speed control, allowing stepless adjustment from 1 to 6 m/min. Combined with a CVT transmission, it easily matches different construction speeds and work rhythms, making it suitable for a wide range of road projects.
5. Robust Structure for Safety and Durability
A unique rear-axle "seesaw" design keeps both drive wheels firmly in contact with the ground, even on uneven surfaces, ensuring continuous traction. Rear-wheel drive with large 58 cm diameter tires enhances forming stability and curb surface consistency. The standard patented anti-slip self-locking system maintains preset speed on slopes without braking, preventing rollback and improving jobsite safety.
6. Customization for Broader Applications
The Landscape Curbing Machine can produce curbs up to 900 mm in width and 500 mm in height, covering most standard specifications. Custom molds can be manufactured based on customer drawings to meet specific project requirements.
