The RCZ500RC Reverse Circulation Mineral Exploration Drilling Rig is designed for fast, accurate, and efficient sample collection in complex geological formations.

As a professional reverse circulation (RC) drilling solution, it uses high-frequency impact drilling combined with an advanced air-driven reverse circulation system to deliver high-quality rock chip samples with minimal contamination.

Featuring a double-wall drill pipe system, with an outer drill rod and a hollow inner pipe, the RCZ500RC enables continuous and stable return of cuttings. Unlike diamond core drilling, this method produces rock chips rather than cores. Cuttings are collected through a cyclone splitter into labeled sample bags, ready for direct laboratory analysis.
