RCS200WT Tricycle Mounted Small Drilling Rig is a portable drilling machine that combines the RCS200P small water well drilling unit with a motorcycle. It features a compact size, flexible mobility, and low cost. This rig is primarily used for household water supply, small-scale farmland irrigation, and well drilling in remote or scattered locations.
How dose it work?
The RCS200WT Tricycle-Mounted Small Drilling Rig is engineered to travel independently to job sites using its integrated three-wheel design. Once on-site, it is stabilized with outriggers. The operator then connects the drill rod to either a spiral or impact bit, starts the engine, and adjusts the power settings as needed.
During operation, the spiral bit is used to rotate and extract soil from soft layers, while the impact bit breaks through slightly harder ground. Drill rods are added progressively until the target depth is reached.
After drilling, a well pipe is inserted to reinforce the well wall. Gravel is filled in to filter mud and sand, the wellhead is sealed, and the well is flushed to test water flow.
The RCS200WT is easy to operate, suitable for solo use, and particularly well-suited for drilling in soft soil conditions.
