We designed the RCF200W Drilling Well Equipment as a three-wheeled, vehicle-mounted water well drilling rig to meet the challenges of regions where water resources are unevenly distributed and infrastructure is limited. In parts of Africa, rainfall is scarce and unevenly distributed, and surface water is often insufficient. Using this mobile drilling rig, we can help communities access underground water for daily drinking, irrigation, and agricultural use efficiently.

Products features
Vehicle-Mounted Mobility: We built the RCF200W on a three-wheeled chassis to ensure flexibility and mobility. It can reach remote locations, navigate rough terrain, and operate where roads are poor or non-existent. This makes it more practical than large, fixed drilling equipment for drilling water wells in isolated areas.
Lifting Force: The rig features a compact composite boom with a long stroke and double-cylinder lifting capability. I included a limit device to protect the oil cylinder, ensuring safe lifting during heavy drilling operations, even in challenging conditions.
Power Head: The hydraulic power head delivers strong torque and steady performance. It allows faster drilling and the ability to handle larger-diameter holes, reducing downtime and keeping maintenance requirements manageable.
Operation Panel: We designed the joystick and instrument panel to be simple and intuitive. Local operators can quickly learn to operate the Drilling Well Equipment, making it suitable for areas where trained personnel are limited.
Hydraulic Oil Pump: The imported hydraulic oil pump from Italy features a parallel gearbox design. This ensures stable and reliable hydraulic performance, even under demanding field conditions, and keeps drilling operations smooth and consistent.
Generator: The multifunctional generator can power electric welding, temporary water pumps, and shaft wall flushing. This enables the rig to operate independently in locations without electricity, ensuring continuous field drilling capability.
Versatile Drilling Capability: We made the RCF200W compatible with multiple drilling methods, including rotary drilling, mud circulation, and air reverse circulation. Its hydraulic system provides precise control, ensuring stable hole quality and efficient progress.
Durability and Maintenance: We used high-quality components and designed the rig for easy maintenance. Key parts are accessible for service, reducing downtime and keeping the Drilling Well Equipment operational in demanding environments.
