The RCF300T borewell truck is a fully hydraulic, high-capacity drilling rig mounted on a truck chassis, built for deep water well drilling in diverse geological environments. Capable of operating in soft and hard formations, the rig supports both mud rotary drilling and down-the-hole (DTH) hammer drilling. Compared to traditional rotary rigs, it offers up to tenfold improvements in drilling efficiency.

Swivel Head Configuration

 

Customers can choose between a large torque mechanical drive swivel head or a large torque full hydraulic swivel head. We can configure up to 8 motors for the hydraulic swivel head to meet the requirements for large-diameter drilling.

Drilling Tower Design

 

The drilling tower has one-piece welding and telescopic structure, made from Q345B high-temperature and low-temperature resistant materials, with all parts reinforced by welding. It has been tested in the field for 30 years with no issues.
