Working Principle

 

The RCF260C rubber crawler portable water well drilling rig operates through a hydraulic system that controls rotation, feeding, and lifting. During drilling, the impact hammer delivers continuous force to the drill bit, while the drill rod rotates from the surface. This combination allows the rig to break through soil and rock layers step by step.

 

At the same time, drilling fluid or compressed air is delivered through the drill rod to the bottom of the hole. This flow carries cuttings back to the surface and prevents material from accumulating inside the borehole. By maintaining a clear drilling path, the system allows the operation to continue without interruption, even in mixed or unstable ground conditions.
