This LGZJ-31/25-35/18 screw type compressor is designed with a pressure of 40 bar and has high efficiency with a rotor profile optimized for fluid dynamic lubrication, reducing transverse leakage and improving overall compressor efficiency. The two-stage compression system, paired with a flexible design and enhanced valve, ensures robust performance. The heavy-duty design adopts SKF bearings, providing reliability and longevity.
The screw type compressor is powered by specialized heavy-duty diesel engines from Yuchai, Cummins, and others, complying with National III emission standards. The design adopts a "Convex-Convex" rotor engagement that forms a fluid dynamic lubrication film, minimizing leakage, improving efficiency, and enhancing rotor processing and testing performance. With power ranging from 4 to 355 kW, the compressor operates at lower speeds (30-50% lower than other brands), reducing noise, vibration, and exhaust temperature, increasing rotor rigidity, and extending lifespan. It also meets and exceeds the energy efficiency requirements of GB19153-2003 for volumetric air compressors.
